Pinpoint testing of suspect components. Full code scan, full charging system test. battery charged for 2 hours. battery ok, alternator failed test. truck commanding 91% duty cycle but no voltage on l terminal of alternator. customer stated was at another shop for this issue and a pcm was replaced. possible pcm issue or wiring harness issue
